Hi all! I recently started getting into manicure and was especially interested in builder gel. I have seen that this is a great product for strengthening nails and creating a beautiful shape. However, I have a few questions. What are your favorite Builder Gel brands and why? I would also like to know what secrets and life hacks you have for using it? For example, how to properly prepare the nail plate before applying gel and how to avoid problems with peeling?

Firstly, it is very important to prepare your nails thoroughly. I always start by degreasing the nail plate using a special degreaser or regular alcohol. Then I carefully file the surface of the nail with a buffer to remove shine and ensure better adhesion of the gel to the nail. Remember to thoroughly remove dust after filing - this also affects adhesion. Before applying the gel I apply primer. It helps create an extra layer of adhesion between the natural nail and the gel. At this stage, it is important not to overdo it with the amount of product - a light layer is enough. Now about the actual application of the gel. I prefer to apply the gel in several thin layers, drying each of them in a lamp. This helps prevent the formation of bubbles and ensures the durability of the coating. Do not forget that each layer should be uniform and neat. Another important point is the correct alignment of the nail plate. To do this, I use a thin brush and try to distribute the gel as evenly as possible. If any irregularities appear, they can be corrected with an orange stick or the same brush while the gel is still wet.
I've been doing manicures for several years now, and building gel has become a real discovery for me. Of all the brands that I have tried, I especially want to mention DNKa gel. This product excels at strengthening and sculpting nails, allowing you to create both natural and more extravagant designs. Why do I like this particular gel? First of all, it has excellent adhesion and durability. Its consistency is perfect for the job: not too thin, which prevents it from running, and not too thick, which makes application easy and even. In addition, it does not cause an unpleasant burning sensation when polymerized in a lamp, which is important for comfortable work with clients. Now a few secrets and life hacks for using building gel. First, nail plate preparation is key to successful application. It is important to thoroughly degrease the nail, remove dust and remnants of the old coating. I use a soft buffer to create a slight roughness of the surface - this significantly improves the adhesion of the gel to the nail.
