Hey everyone! I recently came across this product called "The Family Name" on the Tactical Traps website. It's a hidden storage solution that looks like a decorative family name sign. Has anyone else seen this? It seems like a really clever way to keep valuables or even firearms out of sight but easily accessible. I mean, do they lock, or is it more about being concealed in plain sight? Also, how sturdy are these units in case someone tries to tamper with them?
I've actually been using a tactical traps product for about a year now, though not the "The Family Name" one. Mine is a shelf that looks like a regular piece of furniture, but it hides a compartment. The build quality is excellent, and it’s super easy to install. I imagine "The Family Name" would have the same quality. What I like most is the quick access to my firearm while keeping it secure and hidden from plain sight.
