I completely agree—taking care of men’s health really does require a holistic approach. A while back, I struggled with stress and low energy even though I was eating well and exercising. What really shifted things for me was exploring mindfulness and healing practices. That’s when I discovered a reiki master/teacher course, which not only deepened my own sense of balance but also gave me the tools to guide others. It reminded me that true wellness goes beyond physical health—it’s about nurturing both mind and spirit too.
