My restaurant recently underwent a full kitchen remodel, and now I have multiple used appliances, prep tables, and sinks sitting in storage. Some of it is still in decent shape, but I don’t know the best way to get rid of it. Should I sell, donate, or scrap it? Any recommendations?

I’ve heard of people selling their old equipment online, but I imagine it depends on the condition. Would be interesting to know if there are better options.
